Alboran Beach
Location:
Alboran hills are located just off the coastal road in the Martagina area of Manilva halfway between the port of Duquesa and Punta Chullera. This resort is conveniently located for golf and all the other activities that the Manilva area has to offer. Just a couple of minutes walk from the Playa de los Toros beach and a mere 3 kms from the shops and commercial centre of Sabinillas.
Manilva is the western most area in the province of Malaga. Much of its industry is made up of agriculture and fishing, although tourism is now becoming a larger part of it.
The town itself dates back to the 1700s, when due to attacks from Barbary pirates who were a constant threat to the southern coast of Spain, King Charles V ordered the erection of a watch tower, around this a small community was built.
Resort Facilities:
The resort is made up of 3 phases, phase 1 consists of 4 blocks named A, B, C and D.
The central community area has a large pool with separate children’s pool and garden.
Securely gated with 2 separate access gates and underground parking.
Phase 2 and 3 both consist of 2 blocks of apartments, large landscaped gardens surrounding the wwimming pools.
Both phases have underground parking.
Accommodation:
All of the resort apartments consist of a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a further twin bedroom with separate shower room.
Lounge /dining area and kitchens are open plan with TV DVD, fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine.
Fully air-conditioned throughout.
Terraces surround the apartments for that all important dining out experience, eating al fresco or sipping your sangria.
Very tasteful modern furnishings and an ideal retreat for couples or families that wish to relax near the beach.
