The villa consists of a grand feature double door entrance and spacious entrance hallway/reception area. There is a dining room, with solid marble dining suite and patio doors over looking the gardens and beautiful sea views. The lounge has a feature Natuzzi corner suite and plasma television showing UK channels.

Downstairs there two bedrooms, both with zip and link beds offering maximum comfort and that make up a range of double or single sleeping arrangements. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, all with bathroom facilities and luxurious marble and granite showers and baths. Underneath the property there is secure parking for four cars and a private garage with a private lift into the hallway entrance.

This resort is completely secure and private with an electronic security entrance and alarm. Access to the villa is obtained either via walking around the child friendly pedestrianised garden area surrounding the villas, or one can drive directly into the secure underground parking area and up through the basement garage via a private lift. There is an enormous communal pool which is the centre piece of this luxurious resort.

Lots of sunbathing areas, both private and shared and all surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens.

Entering through the front of the property, there is a guest WC with wash hand basin and space for sports equipment and wet beach/pool items. Opposite is a spacious and ultra modern kitchen, built and installed to the highest standards with top grade appliances for your convenience and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will require for your holiday. Welcome pack of basic grocery items can be ordered before your arrival if required.

There is a large lounge/dining room with two patio windows leading to the terrace area and outdoor dining. The property has a dining suite and sofas and large plasma with FreeView. At present this covers a basic range of UK channels. A door from the lounge leads downstairs to an enormous basement, all kitted out with top grade marbel, laundry room with full appliances installed. This huge area is ideal for kids to run about in the cool and provides extra rooming for guests as an extra bedroom. Some properties have pool table/games room equipment, please request this upon reservation and is subject to availability.

Upstairs from the lounge there three double bedrooms, two with en suite. All have bright, modern decoration and are light and airy rooms with linen included. Upstairs again there is large roof terrace, for private bathing and admiring the perfect view.
